OSPS Membership Application

Individual Membership: Members atttend all meetings, participate in club events, vote, receive the monthly club newsletters, etc. $25 with electronic newsletter.

Family Membership: Includes any number of adults under the same address. Only one newsletter will be sent. $5 for each additional person.

Newsletter Subsciption: Available for those who cannot attend the monthly meetings. Electronic delivery only. $10.
